December 10, 2013: The final exam is scheduled for 8:00 am in Thaw 104, our usual class room, Saturday, December 14, 2013.
November 30, 2013: The KEY to Exam III has been posted in the solutions folder. Exam III will be returned, Tuesday, December 3, 2013.
November 25, 2013: Today one of you pointed out to me a mistake in the assignment 9 solutions which I have fixed. I mistakenly labeled a perfect fourth as a major third in question 2 on page 253.
November 19, 2013: Assignment 12 solutions have been posted. This is the last assignment before the third exam which will be Tuesday, November 26, 2013.
November 19, 2013: Material on acoustic terms and criterion plus a sheet on sound build up and decay in a hall has been posted.
November 17, 2013: Assignment 11 solutions have been posted. They refer to the spreadsheet scales.xls which has changed and moved to the solutions folder.
November 17, 2013: White board notes from the two lectures on acoustics Nov. 12 and 14 have been posted.
November 12, 2013: Assignment 12 due November 19, 2013 has been posted, and a spreadsheet including sheets on both the Pythagorean and Just scales has been posted in the notebooks folder.
